The Ivory Sands House
April 17, 2021 The house on which I've done my best painting work is an 1839 brick single-family listed in the National Register of Historic Places called the Ivory Sands House. Until a few years ago when it changed hands, every drop of paint in, on, and about the house, including fittings and machinery, was applied by me. While I worked on it I put up a website, at the now defunct domain elmstreetironworks.com, to describe what it looked like. I have preserved the (now obsolescent) content here:
